What kind of events can you host?
Corporate events and product launches, team building days, board meetings and offsites, conferences and networking evenings, birthday parties, weddings and receptions, baby showers, graduations, year-end parties and sundowners. Indoors, outdoors, or the whole venue exclusively.
How many guests can Kraftory Biergarten hold?
From an intimate table of twelve in the private lounge up to around 450 guests across the full garden. The Craft Bar and Private Dining room work well for 20 to 80; the lawn scales far beyond that.
Do you handle catering and drinks in-house?
Yes. Everything is cooked on site — wood-fired pizza, continental grills, sharing platters and canapés — with 32 draught taps, 36 beers, a full bar and non-alcoholic options. Set menus and per-head packages are available.
Is there AV for presentations and board meetings?
The private lounge has a screen and AV for presentations, and there is a large screen in the garden for launches and live broadcasts. Tell us what you need and we will set it up.
Is parking available for guests?
Yes — ample free off-street parking on site, with step-free access throughout the venue.
Can we combine an event with padel?
That is one of our most popular formats. Block-book the three floodlit courts for a team-building session, then move straight to a reserved table with food and drinks.
How far is it from Nairobi CBD and Westlands?
Kraftory Biergarten is on Red Hill Road next to Rosslyn Riviera Mall — roughly twenty minutes from Westlands and easy to reach from Gigiri, Runda, Muthaiga and Village Market.
